THE OUTDOOR SPACE
The outdoor space in this unit has got to be my favourite part of it.
The stone-clad outdoor bath, timber features, and fairy lights overhead all make it a wonderful whimsical experience, particularly at night.
The deck is large with an outdoor dining space, couch seating area, and a private bath area.
There are screens around the bath area that can be pulled around to make the bathing area private.
The roof above is translucent, this is the best during a storm - hearing the rain pounding down on the roof above surrounded by candlelight.
This little cutie is a great place to relax & unwind.

Completely & highly fenced around unit. Shared driveway with a tenanted property but with separate parking, private entrance, and privately fenced.
Private 2-person outdoor bath.
The bedroom features a queen bed (medium-soft), & a pullout single bed. The lounge has a double-sized pullout bed. We do put at minimum 2 toppers/comforters on the pullouts to optimize softness. The mattresses are removed when not booked, so please book for the correct amount.
The outdoor 2-person bath has a detachable shower head to wash your doggies or your hair in the tub. There is an outdoor bath that can be privatized with tall retractable screens around the bath area.
The pullouts and furniture are all good quality and we have made it our priority to be soft and comfortable beds. The pullouts will have at minimum 2 different toppers to optimise softness. The Queen bed is a medium mattress.
Extra-large towels are provided for that extra comfort and coverage.
A BBQ to cook your favourite delights on those warm summer evenings.
The bnb is double glazed, well heated/cooled with a large heat pump.
Dogs
There are dog bowls, toys, puzzles, treats, litter bags, and pet towels provided. Please advise us when you are bringing your dog so we can ensure the place is set up for your pup.
We are happy for you to sleep your dog inside if they are non-shedding, otherwise we are more than happy to provide you with an XXL crate (big enough for our Belgian Shepherd). Please do not let dogs on the furniture, at all.
Privacy
We have prioritized privacy. The unit is fenced right around with its own gate. The fencing is up to 2.2m high between the main dwelling to optimize privacy and ensure your privacy.
There is a small gap underneath the gate and on the side - very very small dogs such as a chihuahua may be able to squeeze out. We have tried a maltese-sized dog and it couldn't fit but something considerably smaller may be able to.
The outdoor deck area is all covered so rain or sunshine, you can be outside. There are retractable screens so most sides of the deck can be more protected.
Outdoor Bath
Relax in the tub with complimentary bath salts and bubble bath. This is great in rain or shine. Soak in the candlelight and listen to the rain on the roof overhead, or unwind under the fairy lights and enjoy a drink in the tub!
House Rules
Please leave the house as you found it.
No parties. No noisy dogs. Dogs that are left alone at the property must not be noisy, nor left for considerable lengths of time.
There is a security camera operating on the gate/entrance/car park.

NO DOGS INSIDE UNLESS CRATED.
No parties or large group events.
This property is for quiet enjoyment.
Guests beyond 2 people cost extra per head. There is a camera operating on the entrance and carpark.
If you try to bring more people without advising us, it will be taken out of your bond.
BBQ area must be cleaned up by yourselves. If extra cleaning is required, it will be at an additional cost to you or removed from your bond.
Guest access
Shared driveway but otherwise private. The unit has its own fence and locked entry gate.
Security camera operating on entry/carpark. Head counts are checked as this is a common problem so please reflect the correct number of people to avoid money being taken from your deposit.
